i've only ever seriously dieted once in my life. i counted calories and chose to get most of my calories from protein sources and vegetables. very little carbs and no calories from drinking, except milk and a small amount of juice. it worked and by the time i was where i wanted to be, eating that way was a habit, only now i could have a bit more calories in order to maintain and no longer lose weight. it put me back in touch with true hunger. i let myself get truly hungry before eating now, instead of eating on a schedule or preventing hunger from setting in. i also no longer skip breakfast. ironically, but not really irony; it's science, you need to have fuel to burn fuel. just like they say, it's a lifestyle.

I just try to eat healthier and reduce sugar, I don't really eat less per se.

no joke. cuz i'm apparently allergic to the planet and i'm on a lot of drugs to keep me from dying and then everything makes you fat and then the doctors will yell at me and then your arteries and then your colon and then....

@sighmeupforthat Here in Sydney many are getting Fecal Implants that restore their gut bacteria. In a very short time -they are able to eat foods that they had to avoid. If you want, I can send you the name of the Prof that is doing this ground breaking work. We are water and bacteria - so it makes sense to heal the defence system from the mouth bacteria down the whole digestive system.

Avoid SUGAR - it is in so many processed foods ......

Eat real food - fresh veggies

So avoid the lazy ways - junk and pre-packed food (Sugar/chemicals) or what is known as high calories with no nutrients ....
