Why does this community site lack people like those in EP back then?

I haven't been online in a while
and last I checked some would go to servers like discord
on there - there are different cliques/group of friends from all over the world

there you can audio chat as well as just txt

then there are forum sites
or live chat groups
or social apps

to be honest it all depends on the interactions you'd like from the online experience

what? I was on EP for 8 years....the same kind of people are here ...just people...nice, not nice, trolls, pervs, little kids...only this site has different features
