Yes. But I fear he may be worse than that. I often hope he is only bothering people online. My hope is that he's a quadriplegic somewhere, and can't do anything but type with a stick between his teeth. If that's the worst he can do, then it's not a huge thing, but if he takes that mind out into the community and looks for the kids, .........
