What thoughts have lately been occupying your mind?

I wish I had someone beside me when I'm alone and scared. I wish I could be drinking but I'm on medication. I wish my asthma could be better. I'm hungry.

The only thoughts that ever occupy my mind are those that bring me unnecessary worry.

To most? Unhealthy ones. Most of my life is consumed by vengeance. It feels great. It satisfies me.
