Would it help my marij plant that stopped growing (outdoors) if I got some better soil, transplanted it into a new spot that got more sun?

It's only about a foot tall and I have about another month and a half till it starts to get colder outside

You would need to do that and also transfer it to a bigger soze pot to make more room for root growth, the more root growth you allow it grows the plant but if it's flowering time, it will be one big baseball bat looking bud treealong the stem with no branches but you just grow one fat bud along the main stem. One of mine ended up like that.

@Motleycrue667 to get the extra yield, when flowering starts, tie the top of the tree to a stake ensuring that the top of the tree faces 45degrees away from pointing directly up, but do it gently.
