Sure most of us are adults here but, is there a time you prefer being in bed by?

Ideally before 9pm because I have to be up for work at 4:30am, but it rarely happens

@Pineapple i can relate. I used to hsve to be at a job at 4am. I was going to bed at 8pm, or at least trying to like you said. I didn't last there at all.
