If you were admin up in here- How would PIMP this site up?

I would probably want something better than messages. More like Instant messaging, you know? It would save quite the hassle of having to refresh. Add a nice simple UI with contacts that are online with that and you got something to keep people on the website without having to switch to Skype and what not-

I would like a video option where we can post our own videos or non youtube videos. I have some videos on my desktop.

I would definitely NOT have an app/. No way. but I would brings blogs and whiteboards back- And favorites.
