Do you like buying your cheese in a chunk or do you like it sliced I find buying it in a chunk lasts a lot longer and stays fresher and moist what's y

I always keep a chunk of Monterey jack cause I love to slice it and eat with an apple or on crackers. As for the other kinds it depends on what I am planning to eat. But I don't buy the prepackaged cheese anymore. It's too rubbery. I get it from the deli. Much better and not any more expensive. And they will give you as many or as few slices as you want.
