In todays world, I am not talking about everybody. What is the problem.

If you have hen, it lays egg and you enjoy that egg, then greed comes in they want more egg and kill the hen to find more eggs in her. In that case they lost the source of egg. But they have forgotten the process that you have to feed then hen and then wait for egg.

Hens love to lay eggs. It is what they live for. They don't say they are not ready for egg. They don't have office job to go to. Hens don't say they would love to lay egg yet have not yet laid egg. This is my kind of thinking, the thinking of chickens.
