what's the difference between the first person on your mind when you wake up, and the last person on your mind before you fall asleep?

I guess that's individual but my guess is that on average, the one we fall asleep with in mind is loved more. Definitely for people with morning cortisol spikes, lol. You don't feel much love with those, just stress.

The first thing I wake up to is often my anxiety, but fall asleep with the thoughts of my loved ones.

The person I think about before I sleep. Because we don’t hand someone our peace before we close our eyes unless they matter deeply.
