What people comprise your ideal commune?

In mine, I want:

A handyman/person
An experienced gardener
A vet or vet assistant
An electrician versed in solar
A person who knows how to create yarn and fibers from wool, hemp, cotton and other organic materials.

I think anything else would just be a bonus!
