Where are you between wanting to rest and needing to thrive?

All I need is good environment and I can either rest or work. Wanting anything more than having hot showers and being wrapped in a blanket in a safe space at home alone unbothered by other people is impossible when you're constantly in stress and feel like your personal space was squashed into 1 square meter.
