Sleeping sometimes feels that way, but the only time I’m told I had an NDE was during surgery in 2008. Apparently a bad reaction to anesthesia and my heart and breathing stopped. I knew nothing about it until they brought me back and I woke up later.

@bijouxbroussard I think we're out of our bodies while we sleep. Sometimes we are more aware of it than others.
