I do the same thing. Like if pictures and receipts were a physical thing, I'd be buried in all that stuff right now.

I'd say you're a data hoarder. You just need an alternate place to copy these old photos; then you can delete off the phone and still have them.

@ElwoodBlues thanks that's exactly what it is a data hoarder. I deleted a lot tonight and sent a few things to my email until I down load them to a memory card or something later.

I was clearing out a cupboard a few days ago and I found credit card receipts and pay slips from long before smartphones were invented, some going back to 1978!

@twiigss did you hold on to it thinking you would need it for tax purposes? Thats why i did it lol after all these years i know darn well that the IRS wont ask me stubs from over 30 years ago. I just couldn't bring myself to destroy them.

@AngelUnforgiven I did however destroy tax records dating back from 1998 up to 2016. My safe was getting too full to accommodate any more lol
