@deadgerbil We had some hurricane damage to two of our properties. We are currently fighting with the insurance company because they don't want to pay off to fix them. The lawyer says we can't do the repairs until the insurance company settles so we haven't had any income in six months and my wife had cancer surgery and radiation treatments during this time too. We could definitely use a little cash right now to pay some bills.
