Look, I understand that this is the SW Admin doing this (so in theory should be all good)...
But I'd just like to point out the concerns that I'm not sure this should be allowed to become a popular thing where just anyone can do it, as it could lead to scammers trying to get bank account numbers etc, and just one person not thinking or letting their guard down too much and getting money out of their own account.
@Viper Thanks for the feedback. :) I agree that users should never give out their bank account information freely, and we would not ask users for such private details.
The payment methods mentioned as being available, are fairly secure:

In most cases, only an email address may be required.
@Andrew It would have been nice to have a few day's notice of this contest. Then we could have all had a more fair chance instead of it just being posted and whoever happened to be on could get first crack at it.
