We increased GIF size limit to 5MB!

We have been aware that one of the biggest frustrations of our users is that we had a very small maximum size allowed for uploading animated images (GIFs). 馃憖
The reason is that GIFs are very hard to compress into smaller files, unlike static Photos/Images. If we allowed users to upload 5MB+ images, without reducing them into small <1MB files, there would be two problems:
1) Our storage usage would greatly increase, and so would our expenses 馃搱
2) Posts containing those GIFs would also be "heavier" (more data being downloaded into the visitors' devices) 鈴憋笍
However, we have just gone around that! 馃憤馃憣
Our system is now able to compress GIF images into much smaller files, and therefore, [b][u][c=#BF0000]we're now supporting GIF images up to 5MB![/c][/u][/b] 馃敟馃敟
We will be testing & monitoring how this goes, and there may be a chance that we will increase this limit in the future. 馃く
