Hello everyone! 🙂
We are just collecting some user feedback, which we may be able to use as guidance for prioritization of upcoming developments to our site.

This is to help us to continue to stay on track with delivering the best possible community to you, our users.

Do note that we have many of the previously mentioned features and improvements in the works:

[i][u]Improved staffing, SW Games, Groups restructuring, new SW Gifts, and much more..[/u][/i]

It does take a lot of time and work to complete these changes.
We are however constantly working and planning on these features, and hope to release each new improvement as soon as we are able to.

@Andrew Can you check who's reporting me all the time? I want to know who it is so I can block them.

Please submit a support ticket with this request, and we will attempt to look into this.

If we find a suspect who is misusing the reporting feature, we cannot disclose the username for privacy reasons,
however, we may be able to internally block your account from theirs.

Actually, I did scan reports towards your account, before commenting,
but I could not clearly identify any suspect.

Again, to handle a personal user matter, we would need to do so via a support ticket (and not publicly).

We would ask you for some details, for example, the timing of the suspected invalid reports.

As of now, after taking a scan at your reports, I was not yet able to find clear abuse.

@Andrew I'm being reported for suicidal behavior over and over on a weekly, sometimes daily basis for a period of months and you could not find any abuse? Interesting. Alright i'll file a "ticket"

Only now you have mentioned some specific details, that we may then be able to use to match a reporting pattern.

Again, upon glancing reports towards your account, we did not immediately notice anything suspicious.
There are lots of metrics going on at back-end, and sometimes additional information is needed to narrow down a case.

Once your ticket has been submitted, SW Staff will look into your issue as soon as available.

@Andrew Sorry Andrew but the support ticket isn't working as promised. The "support" claims that them only being able to see "3" of the suicide reports while I know that I have many many more isn't the slightest bit worrying to them.

If that's truly the case then I am afraid that someone is manipulating your servers Andrew.

@MartinTheFirst, as concluded by staff via your support ticket, after being provided with the actual warning notices you reference to,

the warnings you are seeing were actually [b]"Suicide Help"[/b] notices, rather than [b]"Suicide Reports"[/b],

thus they don't appear together with user reports in our system, being that they are a different feature (they are logged elsewhere).

(There was no manipulation of our servers)

The user has been internally blocked from your account.
We hope this resolves your issue.
