👎 Should we have a Dislike button on posts?

We want to implement [b]Reactions/Emotions[/b] on Similar Worlds at some point.

However, we wonder if including a [b][u]Dislike/Thumbs Down[/u][/b] button would bring us benefits or not.

With one, you'll most likely see less post being posted in fear of ppl not agreeing or liking it, so it out weighs the likes that keep you posting.

@Ambroseguy80 This place is about venting, and sharing things on your mind. (Plus asking questions), why would we want to see the dislikes on how WE feel? I can understand if we were having a contest, but this is a place to share our feelings and that shouldn't be judged.

@Crickets So in other words, you think people would be more fearful of expressing their opinion for fear of being shouted down (and with whatever ramifications a down-vote algorithm would have in place)? Great way to stifle free speech. Why hasn't Trump thought of that?
