Hello SW Members!
We have noticed a lot of users mentioning the wish to have a "Whiteboard" feature on Similar Worlds, maybe even more so recently.

Could you please tell us more about this feature?
• How exactly did it work on EP?
• How would you like it to work on SW?
• What did you Like and Dislike about it?
• If possible, it's great if anyone could share screenshots or drafts of the feature.

Thanks for your time, help and attention!

As most have said, it worked a lot like the "whiteboards" people have started here. People could post a little something on your profile, and I believe people could also comment on those posts. I think there were also gifts and stickers that could be posted on it.

They were sometimes abused. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer the option of whiteboard posts not from friends needing to be approved by the user before actually showing up on their profile. While the user could delete anything posted on their whiteboard, sometimes nasty things were up for a while before the user signed in and deleted them.

Yes I agree, def don't add the white board feature without the ability for each member to control who posts on it and a delete button☝️@AcidBurn

@AcidBurn You could delete anything (any message, or gift or gesture) that someone posted on your whiteboard, but like you said, it could stay up there for a while before you logged back on. For a while I did see something nasty that someone posted about a friend on his whiteboard. I don't think he ever saw it, because if he had I'm sure he would have deleted it immediately. So that's something that people would need to keep tabs on, or, like you said, something that the user would need to approve from people who aren't friends.
