[b]@SaintSong,[/b] At this time, if you cross the Regular Member limit while using your VIP Membership, then stop your VIP Membership, you will continue to keep the same images already uploaded, and the users you already blocked will continue to remain blocked.
However, in order to add new photos or block new users, you will likely have to get back down below the Regular Member limit, by deleting images and/or unblocking users, before you can upload new images or block additional users again.
