I came across this website/ app and found it intriguing. I signed up but can someone give me a gist of it. More like twitter and fb if I can sum up right ?

Must make a strong distinction from FB.

This site is highly regulated by a algorithm that limits your feed.

Highly recommend using the forums over your feed for the first few months until you make some half way decent friends and followers.

The algorithm focuses your feed on mostly those two things. However there are other limiting factors. Like how popular you are and number of interests and groups.

If you have problems navigating this site just ask. There's a lot to navigate through.
