Do you romanticize the struggle and hustle culture?

What are your thoughts on those who do?

I used to think hustle culture was the only way like if I wasn’t constantly grinding, I was falling behind. But honestly, I don’t romanticize the struggle anymore. Burnout isn’t a badge of honor.

I’ve come to appreciate balance more. Rest, peace of mind, time with loved ones..those matter just as much as ambition. I totally understand why some people thrive in the hustle, but personally? I’m in my “soft life” era now. I want a laid-back job, steady pace, good energy. I’ve worked hard enough running left and right.
