Are feminine and girly the same thing?

Or do they have different meanings?

in my vernacular, they are very similar. I use 'girly' when playfully referring to the 'cuter' feminine qualities (e.g., a woman wears make-up or cute clothes to be a girly girl ;)

in your photos, all of your outfits are feminine, the pink dress is more 'girly'
