It's about being too heavy, the beer belly is easier because it's lower and has a better center of gravity, plus it's more stable because it's fully attached, where as boobs are more loosely attached which help them bounce, move and swing more, which are fun to see, but worse for the back.
Also, on average, ladies have smaller back muscles.
Men just need to learn to give back massages to give her some pleasure and hope that she returns the pleasure favor.
