Hey! I’ve been there and it’s super tricky. I think boundaries are the most important thing - you can set clear boundaries without coming across badly.
My team know they can have a joke with me but also know there’s a line and just wouldn’t even try and cross it. It took a while for us to get here but it was mainly just having honest conversations and levelling with them when they knew they were pushing it a bit.
Also it’s really important for you to keep in mind the dynamic has changed and you can’t talk to them the same way you used to. I’ve had managers before that would switch between talking to you like a best friend (oversharing) then being a manager and I found that difficult.
