Have you ever taken anything for parasites/worms , what was it and did it work?

I got intestinal worms as a kid, probably from a dog (my town was full dog dog poop with little white wigglies in them).

I got a very itchy butt crack and didn't know why. Eventually I noticed them in my poop before flushing. I can't remember if it was over the counter medicine or if a doctor gave me pills, but I do remember it being pills. It made it go away quick.

The pills given to the 3rd world for intestinal worms are stupid cheap to make. It won't be too expensive. I used to know brand names but it's been so long.

I took Ivermectin once for 5 days as a parasitic cleanse. I do believe that it worked.
