I just made oat flapjacks and now making a roast dinner but somehow also feeling a little bored/restless.

@Picklebobble2 in the uk too and was thinking should head to bed soon but too much rattling round my brain!
Insomnia and back pain are indeed a bad mix, been there in the past myself. Hope you have as settled a night as possible
