Doubtful. They couldn't keep it a secret that's for sure. Somewhere it would be made into a medical industry if only as a way to harvest replacement organs not needing anti rejection drugs. And other reasons.
Age duplicated clones wouldn't be viable they can't just step up growth hormone and make bone and muscle grow proportionately.
I'm doubting that the genesis of a replicant can unfold exactly the same as an original. Not if maternal bioavailability of nutrients has any relevance. As it does.
That's not counting the possibility that both childhood physical and dietary to quantum and fluctuating electrical fields can potentially change a human body's development.
