How long does it take you to get to sleep.?

My lights going out soon as tired, sometimes I am asleep in like 10 minutes if I am really tired.

I honestly don’t know. It feels like ASAP but sometimes i do lay in bed just thinking and then I go to sleep. I never know how long my thoughts last before I fall asleep
