How long does it take you to get to sleep.?

My lights going out soon as tired, sometimes I am asleep in like 10 minutes if I am really tired.

These days I get home, take a shower, then fall asleep by accident for a few hours 😅 so it's instant.
Then I wake up & stay up for a few hours then sleep another hour or two before I leave
