Is it really worth dating, these days.

I see what is going on nowadays. They are acting crazy. I hope I can just grind and do my own thing.. maybe I could catch someone’s attention, or do you guys think I should make the move

There's never been a time when people weren't acting crazy and people are no crazier now than they've ever been. If what you want is some sort of companionship, then of course dating is worth it.
