I'm in need to find ways to relive my frustrations out?

Hi everyone, I just need a little help with new ideas on how to relive frustration. I'm mentally exhausted and frustrated, but I don't know what to do. I would really appreciate some help.

It's so easy to get frustrated in this world. There are [i]so[/i] many things out of kilter, and they run against the grain of our natural selves.

You might try some breathing exercises. Even just thinking to yourself; breathing in, I know I'm breathing in. Breathing out, I know I'm breathing out. Little meditations like that can help you return to the present moment. Also, getting out into nature and appreciating the beauty around you, can help you get reconnected to your [i]own[/i] nature and beauty.

Also, please don't be so hard on yourself. When you find yourself in frustration, just stop, close your eyes for a moment, if you can, and remember that whatever this is, it will pass.

Life is just a ride. We create our own reality. And, we can make it whatever we want (with practice). Which, of course, begs the question; Why are we given THESE things to practice with.

It's the way of the world right now. There's so much promotion of fear, hatred, anger... Know you are whole, complete and perfect just the way you are, and you don't have to let conditions get to you.

Everything is okay in the end. And if it's not okay, it's not the end.
