Why do so many men on here fail to see that they're interacting with a catfish?

@Unlearn Don't we do it every day, when we immerse ourselves in some TV show or another distraction? Lol.
I'm not advocating it, haha...I'm just saying it how I see it.

@SW-User I hardly watch tv anymore. Maybe a cricket match once in a while. I don't like it when you're focusing on something and they break into a commercial break. I have other distractions which I do indulge...

@Unlearn Yeah, any distractions will do. I enjoy TV, it's one of my vices. SW is a distraction too.

@SW-User I don't know about the TV shows where you live. But here in India, most tv shows lack creativity, they just pander to cheap thrills. I used to watch Nat Geo, Discovery channel, History Channel and very rare indian content that really can hold your attention in a good way. I stopped watching them once they started putting advertisements. I prefer waiting for good reviews and then watching series on Netflix or Amazon or few indian OTT platforms...

@Unlearn I mostly watch Netflix, sometimes Amazon. I do realise that the content I see is different for my region. I like watching shows made from books - Like Handmaids Tale. (although that is not Netflix).

@SW-User I love adaptations too. It's a surreal feeling to watch the characters who have lived in your head in flesh and bone on the screen.

Period drama is also a hit with me. I loved watching Downton Abbey series...it was so beautifully made.
