Does this sadness have a cause? Do something to obtain your desire, or cut strings now depending on which fits your situation. I sought professional help and take some anxiety meds. But it just dulls the emotions.

Getting your heart rate up is super beneficial. Even taking walks. Science proves that. But overall? You run you. We choose to be sad or happy. Just one of the truths of life.

Sometimes you have to make choice not to be sad. You can do it when you've come to a point where you've had enough. You can decide not to suffer anymore but sometimes you heed help too.

You don't. It isn't that simple. You go through many things in life that are stressful and sad, happy and exciting, we choose what to hang on to what to let go of. It truly is your choice.
