One of my colleque was being bullied by her supervisor because she was performing alot better so I prepared reply for her because I know who is right

First of all, I want to tell that I have given my best to fulfill my responsibility for my department. First few months were very much tough for me since I was struggling a lot for bringing clients though I was giving my best efforts but after few months I was able to bring my desired numbers of clients. I have even crossed my target in recent months. I have brought clients of around Rs. 4 crore up to now and I am giving my best effort to increase this number as much as possible. I am working mom who is responsible for a family and a child too so I have to manage my work and family life aswell due to which I was unable to take my lunch early in the morning and only could manage my lunch time by taking little time during my office hours but nowadays I have improved that also and done my best to manage my time for lunch before office hours so that it will not hamper my work or my output. Any kind of marketing department is already competitive but share market is more competitive in comparison to other so I just wanted to give my best effort to provide the best result but I have never had grudge feeling towards anyone of my colleague because I believe that only team work can achieve the overall goal of this organization. I think there is just some misunderstanding and communication gap while working which might be the reason for creating these kinds of issue which can be solved with proper communication for clearing these misunderstanding. Lastly I want to apologize if I have unknowingly done some mistakes and promise in the future to improve what I can and always provide my best effort for the development and upliftment of this organization.
