VDP affects non vaccinated children. Not sure what you're trying to say here. It's been increasing for past three decades. Wherever there's low immunization, VDP spreads happen. The new vaccines aim to stop the mutated strain which only occurs among non vaccinated.

I believe paralytic, heart disease and other things are occurring. Many people don't know this.
