Are you tall or short?

@RadiantRose interesting that’s what my parents did call it but I hadn’t thought of that until just now

I do remember the first time I was made to feel shame over my body had to do with my height/ long legs. In middle school being told my shorts were too short when all shorts I could find at the time sit higher on me than other girls. I felt so self conscious as they sent me home for inappropriate wear.

@RadiantRose yup. I was sore, clumsy (more than usual) and hard on the fridge door.

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit I'm sorry, height discrimination is not fair. Luckily times improved now, so if your kids inherit your height the world is more understanding now.
My knees who's 9 but 5'3 was complaining of sore legs , they I looked online and found out about growing pains.

@RadiantRose I’m 6’3”, I grew 6 inches in nine months at one point and did have a problem with my knees hurting. The Dr said it was growing pains.

@RadiantRose yes, lots of them in my teens. I’m 6’3” and grew my last full inch at age 19.

@RadiantRose i used to get pains in my feet which i don't get now. May have been growing pains
