Why do some people say women age faster than men?

Because many women live with men?

Because they’re sexist and expect women to look like young girls indefinitely, while men are allowed to look older without being considered unattractive.

In my experience many gain a whole new level of physical strength and energy after 40, the kids have left home and they take up endurance sports etc while many men seem to slow down and gain weight and struggle with health issues, although it probably balances out across the genders.

Double standards for what men and women are supposed to look like at a certain age

I guess its because women have to put up with men?? Lol

Seriously though, it depends on exactly what you mean? Some men NEVER grow up and i think women mature faster than men.
As for aging or looking their age, women tend to adapt their look as they get older ( if they wish) where as a bloke just gain/loose weight and go bald! Lol.

From my observations, I don't think that's true. It largely depends on genes and self-care especially in this day & age.

It doesn't apply to everyone.

One of my friend looked 30 when he's 17.


On a Average, Most men do get physically stronger at their 30s then they are in their 20s.

But other than that everyone ages the same.

Menopause.
