A lot of young woman are talking a lot about "living in your truth". What does that mean?

I hate the term "your truth", to me it's either a soft way of saying you don't believe or agree with what they are saying, or it's a cop out way of saying you don't want to risk offending others by agreeing.

If something is true, it is true. There is no "your truth" or "my truth".

maybe it means not pretending to be someone you're not

It means they are lying to themselves.
