Today's Gratitude List

1. I've not wanted to have a drink in the last day
2. I have my sobriety
3. My family are all currently well
4. Daughter's birthday
5. Sun is shining
6. We have no financial concerns currently
7. We have plenty to eat and drink
8. I live in a safe, free, secure country
9. My kids didn't have to live in care
10. We're not fleeing for our lives across hostile borders
11. We have clean water, sanitation, heat, power, communication etc
