I've got this female friend and everytime i say something to her she is like Maybe or well maybe and maybe i will and and maybe i wont

What's your explanation for this maybe behaviour then ?

I do this. I don't like giving concrete answers unless I know for sure I can commit to it.

I've learned not to make plans with friends when I'm in a good mood. Cuz tomorrow I might feel differently lol
