Other than cucumbers and bananas being a type of food What else could they be used for ?

@Gumbodidlo My cat was also wary of the banana, too. I got him to the point where he was friends with the banana, but not the banana skin - so I'm guessing that there's something in banana skin that is toxic to cats.
