Gray beard, and can no longer stay up all night and still function the next day.

My teeth moved.
My two front teeth used to overlap a little and now there's a gap.
Getting down and up from the floor, it's not done nearly as quickly anymore.
I've caught myself say...
"When I was your age" two, maybe three times.
I can't remember, another added to the list.
