What changes in your body were a sign to you that you arent young anymore?

Gray beard, and can no longer stay up all night and still function the next day.

Two or three days before a cold or rain front moves into this area my joints start swelling and popping. Got up out of bed this morning and my back sounded like a string of pop beads, and my knees and neck crackling and popping too.
