If businessmen are in wish of making Special Economic Zones , and private cities , then in these places the governance will be of the businessman and not of central government .
It is fine maybe as well ,
if a man buys a plot , it is his rules which may work on the land .
So if billionaires buy large plots , they will be owners of those land , and whether they make malls and companies for people , or private cities , it is their wish it .
All land will be brought by businessman , and people will have to live according to businessmen , pay the bills according to businessmen , buy things in the private cities according to businessman , live according to businessman's Iаws .
Very less land maybe there in natural cities , as all may had been sold to businessman , and people will have to either live very far , or live in the cities of businessmen .
