@Elevatorpitches if I recall correctly you are a woman right? If so, I would think a lot of guys would be flattered if some woman asked for their number. Plus anybody that's been around here knows that you are a regular member so not like some spammer that just appeared out of nowhere one day

It is likely the IRS, student debt relief, extended car warranty, OR someone letting you know that all tax debt is now uncollectable due to the pandemic.
If someone has tax debt though, I doubt the feds are gonna let that just slide no matter what is happening.
