I am sucker for happy endings even though I am realist and understand how fuked life and existence is.

I like making people happy and I never watch fictional movies that got sad endings without getting depressed and feeling argumentative.

I guess I hate helplessness too much to engage in intellectual pursuits that require doing nothing while misery takes place

I highly dislike movies with sad endings or less than happy ones even.
We are much the same on that end. Sad scenes in between, also hated, because they make my eyes leak.
