So let's talk about some real progress I have observed after few years of my kung fu and qigong trainings

Despite not being as consistent with my trainings as I'd love to be, I still got big chunks of time where I train with beautiful consistency.. but those arts, like anything else basically, takes its time to built and give some results.

So I have reached a point where I have learnt how to release - my release is still not a perfect one, but what it does is, it frees my body from excess energies that I might have picked here and there. And I am able of releasing it within a few minutes. This is not something I was aware of until sometime now.

talk to me, if you wish, about a little progress, regarding something you are interested and perhaps invested into. Any kind of thing... I would love to hear..

I am trying to see how there can be a distinct 21st century artistic style that can be seen as distinguished from all previous decades, and times, instead of endless borrowings from the past. Perhaps the present time in aesthetic works such as novels, films and music is and will only be a blending of what has come hitherto. Perhaps the present time isn't as Mark Fisher's Hauntology would see as something depressing, but like we're at this time in history able to work with all that material that has come before into new ways that cause one to think about the same old things in refreshingly intoxicating ways. This would be what I'd be seeing my purpose to convey in my SW activity, to not change the material, or come up with anything radically new but to handle the same ole same ole so that they are what we wouldn't have dreamt they are. As for an element of the human species continuing.
