I just woke up. I had a dream that upset me
I was being set up in my mind. Someone was controlling me. Like in the night as I slept it was programming me to react to certain things, and to think certain things. It seemed so real.

😨 weird.. wow, me too i thought it was a spirit but.. idk, fuckss with my sleep now, havent dream it since but still cant sleep peacefully thinking it'd happen again .
@whateverhappens: that's not ok. i don't appreciate being messed around with in my dreams or waking life for that matter.
